That was one of the replies i received while fuming about the ability of the police to force a suspected DUI to give a blood and urine sample.

It's not about drinking and driving. That's a no brainier. Just don't do it. But what happens when you pass the breath test and they STILL drag you to a hospital, strap you down, and FORCE a catheter into you and draw blood?
Don't think it's happening? Think again.
And don't fight them or try to explain yourself or become upset when they shove a catheter into you. If you do, you'll STILL be arrested for obstruction of justice.
